FAQ

Question: How old do you have to be to rent? 

Answer: 21 years old with a valid drivers license also, renters born after 1/1/1988 are required to take the Wisconsin DNR ATV Safety Course and provide proof of completion. (see below for a link to take the course)

Question: Is there insurance available?

Answer: No, you are responsible for all damages on the machine however, you can contact your homeowners insurance company and ask if they will cover the rental.

Question: Is there a security deposit held?

Answer: Yes, we will place a $1,000 hold on your credit card that will be released after a full inspection of the machine has taken place (within and hour upon return).

Question: What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Answer: If you need to cancel your reservation please call 715-324-5590. A full refund is given if the cancelation is within 72 hours of the pick-up time. 

Question: Are helmets required?

Answer: Any rider under the age of 18 has to wear a helmet according to Wisconsin State Law.  We have helmets available to rent for $20.

Question: Do you rent overnight or multiple days?

Answer: You may rent the machine for multiple days however, the machine must be returned each day at 5pm and picked up at 9am the following day. Why do we do this? For your safety, people get lost during the day, at night the trails are more confusing and dangerous and with little to no cell phone service in most areas this can quickly become a very bad situation.
